#Iran: Ayatollah Mesbah-Yazdi: “No place for Human Rights, democracy or citizenship in Islam and “Rape is OK!
Iran regime influential Shi’ite cleric, Ayatollah Taqi Misbah Yazdi, a long time member of the Assembly of Experts, the deliberative body empowered to appoint and dismiss the Supreme Leader (Garbage) of occupied Iran who was part of the inception of 1979 Khomeinist regime, and a rootless, barbarian murderer who justified the killing and torturing Iranians dies of ‘digestive disease’ at 85 in Tehran and without being prosecuted for his grave crimes against humanity.
Ayatollah Mohammad Taghi Mesbah-Yazdi was a religious advisor to Mahmoud Ahmadinejad and very close ally of Seyed Ali Khamenei, the occupied Iran’s Supreme Garbage. Mesbah Yazdi’s theological ideas have been influential in the formation of Iran’s state policy.
The following about Ayatollah Mesbah-Yazdi was originally appeared on the Iranian news site, Rooz Online which is quiet eye-opening about the Human Rights violations of the Islamic Republic in Iran…
Mesbah-Yazdi: “No place for Human Rights, democracy or citizenship in Islam.”
Mesbah-Yazdi, the Islamic republic of Iran’s theoretician of violence, gave a speech at the end of Ramadan (2011) in which he criticized the opinion of those people who claim Islam is based on generosity and respect for Human Rights.
In his speech he said: “Democracy, Human Rights and the rights of citizenship have no place in Islam.” He continued that there is no room for freedom of speech and thought in Islam, and that Islam is based on strictness and violence. Muslims and those who convert to the religion of Islam must only adhere to the opinions of the leader of the Islamic Republic, according to Mesbah. He continued: “Until a person has converted to Islam, he is free — but democracy and Human Rights have no meaning within Islam. Everything must be under the surveillance of the government, even the way people dress. And if some people say otherwise, they don’t know Islam.”
Mesbah-Yazdi: “Rape is OK!”
In a question-and-answer session with followers, Mesbah Yazdi informed his followers that prisoner coercion by rape, torture and drugs are acceptable in “Islam” (In Islamic republic).
Mesbah Yazdi went into graphic detail in his permission to rape, concluding, If the judgment for the [female] prisoner is execution, then rape before execution brings the interrogator a spiritual reward equivalent to making the mandated Haj pilgrimage [to Mecca], but if there is no execution decreed, then the reward would be equivalent to making a pilgrimage to [the Shi’ite holy city of] Karbala.
In his tweet about Mesbah Yazdi’s death news, Mr Ali Alfoneh (علی آلفونه) of Washington DC is/was a senior fellow of FDD (The Foundation for Defense of Democracies) writes: @Alfoneh: “Earlier today, Ayatollah Mesbah passed away in Tehran aged 85. A prolific author, he leaves behind an impressive body of literature on Islamic political theory rooted in Plato, Khomeini and Schmitt. He was a brilliant proponent and theoretician of autocracy.”
FYI Hassan Rouhani and the speaker of Islamic republic parliament, Mohammad-Bagher Ghalibaf also offered their condolences on Mesbah-Yazdi’s death to his family and Ali Khamenei.
